ERA Stock Take 

18 August 2026

We will be carrying out a full physical stock take at ERA in September and would like to make you aware of the key dates so you can plan accordingly.

The stock take will take place from 24 to 25 September 2026 (inclusive). The final day for despatch before the stock take will be Wednesday 23 September, with an order cut-off time of 11am. Please ensure all orders are placed before this deadline. The first available despatch date following the stock take will be 28 September 2026.

During this period, we will be unable to despatch goods from our warehouse or accept deliveries and returns. Orders can still be placed through Customer Services or via our website; however, please note that these will not be despatched until after 28 September 2026. For customers requiring sash balances before 28 September 2026, orders must be placed no later than 3pm on 17 September 2026.

To help minimise delays when processing orders after the stock take, we would appreciate it if orders could be brought forward wherever possible. While every effort will be made to despatch orders promptly from 28 September, there may be a phased return to normal operations. We also ask customers to avoid ordering significantly above their usual forecasted volumes, helping us maintain stock availability and service levels for all customers.

Key Dates

• Friday 18 September – last date for any returns
• Wednesday 23 September – last despatch date before stock take. Order cut-off 11am
