Fab&Fix from ERA is continuing to support its fabrication partners by offering the widest choice of hardware and finishes available. The latest product in the Fab&Fix portfolio is the new 304 Stainless Steel Letterplate that delivers long-lasting performance and visual appeal for fabricators manufacturing high quality entrance doors.
Manufactured from grade 304 austenitic stainless steel, the letterplate delivers exceptional levels of corrosion resistance, with a fully suited stainless steel flap and investment cast stainless steel frame providing longevity and resilience.
The secure through fixing ensures the letterplate can only be removed from the inside of the property, whilst the anti-snap flap opens to 180 degrees and has a fully sprung return for ease of use and enhanced safety.
With a modern, streamlined aesthetic to complement a wide variety of entrance doors including timber, composite and PVCu. The letterplate can be installed across a range of door thicknesses, from 40mm to 80mm, and offers outstanding acoustic insulation, making it an ideal hardware solution for properties located in busy urban areas.
Available as through fixed or face fixed, the letterplate provides fabricators with increased flexibility and is supplied with 55mm and 85mm screws to support easy and efficient fabrication.
Sarah Knight, Decorative Hardware Product Manager at ERA, commented: “Demand for stainless steel hardware is continuing to grow as homeowners look for increased levels of durability and resilience without compromising on visual appeal. Our new stainless steel letterplate perfectly aligns with this increasing demand by providing fabrication professionals with a hardware solution that fulfils each of these requirements and is suitable for installation across a wide range of door types.”
The new letterplate has been tested to the highest technical standards, that includes a 20,000 endurance cycle test and is supported by a 10 year function, finish and security guarantee.
The 304 Stainless Steel Letterplate is an extension of Fab&Fix’s extensive range of letterplates, including the Nu Mail, Architectural, and Heritage styles, which are a popular choice for fabrication professionals manufacturing a wide variety of entrance doors.
