The ERA Total Security Guarantee is straightforward. It guarantees to replace the homeowner’s damaged window or door and pay out a cheque for £5000 - no questions, no complicated small print or clauses, just a simple cheque to say sorry for the inconvenience.
Underpinning this guarantee is of course the knowledge that the property is protected by ERA hardware. With the largest range of security and decorative hardware in the UK, ERA is confident that retailers will be able to use the ERA Total Security Guarantee to deliver absolute peace of mind.

The ERA Total Security Guarantee also includes an upselling opportunity for retailers that install an ERA Invincible alarm system at the same time as doors or windows. In the event of a break-in with the Invincible alarm system fitted, the compensation payout increases to £10,000.
