ERA Customer Survey
Please find below the terms and conditions of the customer satisfaction survey sent out to selective ERA Home Security customers in November 2025.
What we’ll do with your data
- By completing our survey and submitting your information, you agree that we can process the data in accordance with our privacy policy
- By ticking the box to be contacted, you agree that we can use your data to contact you via telephone or email
- If you agree to be contacted, your personal data will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy
- If you wish to not be contacted, your personal data will not be stored and information will only be used for analytical purposes
- Your information will not be passed onto a third party

Survey Response Conditions
- The survey is being conducted by ERA Home Security Ltd and Terms and Conditions are governed by English Law
- ERA accepts no responsibility for responses that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be digitally delivered or submitted for any technical or other reason. Proof of digital delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by ERA
- ERA accept no responsibility for any costs incurred as a result of completing and submitting the survey
- ERA reserve the right to refuse a submission that is in breach of Terms & Conditions
- Respondants will be invited to take part in the survey that are a customer of ERA and/or transacting with ERA on our website www.eraeverywhere.com for at last three months
- No purchase is necessary
- No rewards or incentives are provided for completion of survey
- ERA are not obligated to offer incentive nor obligated to take feedback into account. For individual or specific concerns related to a product or order, please contact our customer services team on 019022 490049
- Entrants must be a resident of the UK only
- The survey will be sent out via email to customers in our database or emailed to you via a member of our customer services team
What we ask of you
- One survey completion per email addreess – multiple entries are not permitted and will be discounted
- You must provide an honest, truthful and accurate reflection of the service received by ERA during your time as a customer
Survey closes on 19th December 2025. Any submissions received after this time will be discounted.
